What we collect

When you book a rental, we collect the details you provide — name, phone number, delivery address, any placement notes, and an optional email — along with your booking and the payment card you use. Card details are processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our servers.

If you join our updates list instead of booking, we collect just the email address and optional phone number you submit. Across the site we also collect standard web analytics from Google Analytics 4 and FullStory — page views, referrer, approximate location, device type, and product-analytics session activity.

How we use it

We use your booking and contact details to deliver and service your rental — confirming your drop, sending delivery and pickup updates by text, processing payment at delivery, and following up about your order. If you give us an email, we use it to send your payment receipt. If you opted in, we may send occasional updates about service-area expansion or new sizes. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Unsubscribing

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS at any time. To be removed from our updates list, or to have us delete the information we hold about you, email hello@tiltdumpsters.com and we'll take care of it.

Phone numbers collected through the booking form are used solely for transactional SMS related to your dumpster rental and occasional service follow-ups. We will never sell, share, or transfer your mobile number or SMS consent to any third party for marketing purposes, including affiliates and partners.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payment processing — Stripe also emails your receipt when you provide an email), Google Analytics and FullStory (analytics), and our SMS provider (booking, delivery, and pickup texts). These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep booking and transaction records for as long as needed to service your rental and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Marketing-list contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, and email us to request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. We'll honor verified requests as required by applicable law.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics and FullStory cookies to understand which marketing channels are working and how the booking flow performs. No advertising or cross-site retargeting cookies are installed by this site.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
