Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of tiltdumpsters.com and any dumpster rental you book through it. By booking a rental or submitting your contact information, you agree to these Terms.

Booking & payment

When you book, we securely save your payment card but do not charge it that day. We charge the quoted total to your saved card when we deliver the dumpster. The quoted total covers delivery, the included rental window, the included disposal weight, and pickup.

Overage: If the load exceeds the included weight, we charge the per-ton overage rate shown at booking for the excess. We text you the scale weight ticket before charging anything beyond the quoted total.

Extra days: Keeping the dumpster past the included rental window adds the per-day rate shown at booking. Early-return rebate: If we pick up by the early-return day shown at booking, we credit the stated rebate back to your card.

Changes & cancellations

Need to reschedule or cancel? Contact us before your delivery date and we'll work it out — see Contact below. Because no charge is made until delivery, cancelling before delivery means no charge.

Service area & availability

We currently serve Huntsville and surrounding North Alabama cities. Availability and delivery dates are confirmed by text before delivery. Pricing and service-area information may change; the price shown to you at the time of booking is the price that applies to that booking.

Use of the dumpster

You are responsible for the placement location you provide and for loading only permitted materials. Prohibited materials (including hazardous waste, liquids, tires, and refrigerants) may incur additional charges or refusal of service. Do not overload past the fill line.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile number on tiltdumpsters.com, you consent to receive SMS messages from Tilt Dumpsters related to your booking, including delivery ETAs, pickup reminders, and occasional service follow-ups or special offers.

Message frequency: Up to 6 messages per booking, plus up to 2 marketing messages per month.

Carriers & rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others.

Damage & responsibility

You are responsible for any damage to property at the placement location that results from the placement instructions you provide, and for ensuring the delivery area is clear and accessible. We are not responsible for incidental damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces that occurs through ordinary, careful delivery and pickup at the spot you designate. Underground utilities, sprinkler lines, and septic components are your responsibility to identify before placement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Dumpsters' total liability for any claim arising out of a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book applies to that booking. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
