14-Yard Dump Trailer
The 14-yard dump trailer is our most popular size — and the one we built the company around. At 7 feet wide by 14 feet long, it tucks into a standard residential driveway without hanging into the street or scraping the concrete. The included 1.5 tons (3,000 pounds) of disposal covers a single-room cleanout, most kitchen or bath remodels, or a thorough garage purge. If you're not sure which size you need, this one is the answer about 80% of the time.
What fits
What you can put in a 14-yard dump trailer.
- ✓Roughly 5-6 standard pickup-truck-bed loads of debris
- ✓An entire single-car garage worth of stuff
- ✓A full kitchen demo: cabinets, countertops, tile, drywall
- ✓A bath remodel: tub, vanity, tile, toilet, drywall
- ✓An attic or basement cleanout
- ✓Yard waste from a half-acre cleanup
- ✓Furniture from a 2-3 bedroom estate cleanout
Not ideal for
When to choose a different size.
- ×Full roof tear-offs (asphalt shingles are heavy — you'll exceed 1.5 tons quickly)
- ×Concrete or dirt loads (extremely heavy — overage adds up fast)
- ×Whole-house demolitions
- ×Commercial construction debris
Real project examples
What other Huntsville customers used it for.
Kitchen remodel — Madison
Full cabinet tear-out, old appliances, tile floor, drywall. Came in at 2,650 lbs — well under the 3,000 lb limit.
Garage cleanout — Hampton Cove
Two decades of holiday decorations, broken lawn equipment, paint cans (safely disposed), random furniture. 1,800 lbs.
Estate cleanout — Twickenham
Three rooms worth of furniture and personal items. 2,900 lbs — close to the limit but no overage.
FYI
Things worth knowing.
- !Dump trailers roll on standard pneumatic tires — same as any car or trailer — so they're a safe choice for sealed concrete and decorative paver driveways.
- !We back into your driveway, lower the rear ramp, and you load on your time over the 7-day window.
- !The trailer doesn't need to stay open — you can close and tarp it overnight to keep critters and rain out.
