40-Yard Roll-Off Dumpster
The 40-yard is our largest roll-off and the choice for commercial demo, large construction projects, and major demolitions. Same 8 × 22 ft footprint as the 30-yard but with taller walls — bigger capacity, same parking space. Weight allowance is 3 tons (6,000 pounds), $85/ton overage. Launching as part of Phase 2.

- ×Pure heavy material (concrete, dirt, brick) — even with 3 tons included, you'll exceed weight before filling the can. Order multiple smaller cans instead.
