30-Yard Roll-Off Dumpster
The 30-yard roll-off is for big residential remodels, new-construction projects, and large tear-outs. Same 8 × 22 ft footprint as the 40-yard, but lower walls — easier to load by hand. Weight allowance is 2.5 tons (5,000 pounds), $85/ton overage. Launching as part of Phase 2 in Huntsville and surrounding cities.

What you can put in a 30-yard roll-off.
- ✓A full house addition's construction debris
- ✓A whole-house remodel (multiple rooms)
- ✓Larger commercial cleanouts
- ✓Roof tear-offs on larger homes
- ✓Estate-clearing for a 4+ bedroom house
Not ideal for
When to choose a different size.
- ×Driveways with tight turning radius (the truck needs room to maneuver)
- ×Pure concrete or dirt loads (use the 40-yard or schedule multiple hauls)
Real project examples
What other Huntsville customers used it for.
Whole-house remodel — Jones Valley
Stripped to studs in a 1980s home. 4,800 lbs total — kept under the 5,000 lb limit by tossing the heavy plaster separately.
New-build construction debris
Siding scrap, packaging, drywall waste, lumber offcuts. Typically 3,500-4,500 lbs.
FYI
Things worth knowing.
- !30-yard is where pricing-per-cubic-yard starts to favor you over multiple smaller hauls.
- !Plan your placement carefully — the truck delivering a 30-yard needs ~60 feet of clear approach.
