Real project examples
Typical projects this size handles.
Whole-house remodel — Jones Valley
Stripped to studs in a 1980s home. 4,800 lbs total — kept under the 5,000 lb limit by tossing the heavy plaster separately.
New-build construction debris
Siding scrap, packaging, drywall waste, lumber offcuts. Typically 3,500-4,500 lbs.
FYI
Things worth knowing.
- !30-yard is where pricing-per-cubic-yard starts to favor you over multiple smaller hauls.
- !Plan your placement carefully — the truck delivering a 30-yard needs ~60 feet of clear approach.
